Handball

Handball is a popular team sport in which two teams of seven players each pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. Handball player moves towards the goal prior to throwing the ball, while the goalkeeper waits to stop it. If possessing the ball, players must dribble, or can take up to three steps for up to three seconds at a time without dribbling. Handball is a sport that is associated with the constant physical contact and lots of falls on upper and lower limb. As a result, shoulder injuries, knee and ankle joint contusions often occur. In some cases, overstretched of palm or arm ligaments may appear.
